Funded Faster provides a prop firm challenge passing service. We do not sell, provide, or manage any prop firm accounts.
Clients are required to purchase their own prop firm account prior to using our services.
Our service involves the use of expert advisors (EAs) and trading systems to meet the specific profit targets and drawdown rules set by the client’s chosen prop firm.
2. Client Responsibility
• It is the client’s responsibility to ensure their selected prop firm permits the use of automated trading systems (EAs) prior to using our service.
• Funded Faster will not be held liable if the prop firm disqualifies, terminates, or bans an account due to EA usage or any other reason.
• By engaging our service, the client acknowledges that they are using it at their own discretion and risk.
3. Refund and Re-Try Policy
• Funded Faster operates under a strict no-refund policy once a service has commenced.
• In the event that a challenge is not passed, clients are entitled to one free re-try of the same service for the same account type, subject to verification.
4. Liability Disclaimer
• Funded Faster accepts no liability for the performance or outcome of any prop firm account.
• Clients take full responsibility for using our services and for any actions taken on their trading accounts.
• Funded Faster does not guarantee future success, profits, or funding with any prop firm.
5. Account Access and Security
• Clients must provide accurate and valid login credentials for the purchased prop firm account to allow the service to be carried out.
• Funded Faster will handle all information provided securely and confidentially. However, the client remains responsible for ensuring their account complies with their prop firm’s terms.
6. No Affiliation Disclaimer
Funded Faster is an independent service provider and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with any proprietary trading firm.
All prop firm names, brands, and logos mentioned are the property of their respective owners.
7. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
8. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing a service from Funded Faster, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full.

3. Account Credentials & Security
• Client prop firm login credentials are used strictly for the purpose of executing the challenge and are handled with the highest level of confidentiality.
• Once a service is completed, credentials are securely deleted from our systems.
• Funded Faster uses secure, encrypted channels to store and access sensitive information.
• Clients are encouraged to change their prop firm account passwords immediately after service completion.
4. Data Retention
We retain client data only as long as necessary to fulfil our service obligations, meet legal requirements, and maintain records for administrative purposes. After completion, unnecessary or sensitive data is deleted securely.

Clients must verify their prop firm’s rules and restrictions — including policies regarding the use of Expert Advisors (EAs) or automated systems — before engaging Funded Faster’s services.
Funded Faster is not responsible for any violation of a prop firm’s terms or resulting account actions.
6. Acknowledgement of Risk:
By purchasing or using any service from Funded Faster, you acknowledge that you understand the risks involved in trading and agree that Funded Faster, its owners, and affiliates will not be held responsible for any financial losses or damages incurred.
